Known affectionately as SAGE, the home was founded in 1992 to provide a traditional home from home for the frail and elderly of the Jewish community in need of care and medical attention whether or not they are able to pay.

SAGE is conveniently located in Golders Green Road in North West London and is very close to public transport, shops, synagogues and communal facilities.
All needs taken care of
SAGE currently provides round the clock facilities for 60 people in a relaxed, comfortable and most importantly home like atmoshpere.
SAGE is a centre of excellence offering nursing and respite care together with a specialist Alzheimers Unit.
